An extra charge of $20 per extra adult per night applies. For children 12 and under an extra charge of $10 per night applies.

Standard Conditions

• A deposit is required to confirm any booking. Deposit required depends on number of nights booked:
• 2 to 6 nights - 100% of the tariff in advance
• Over 6 nights - 50% of the tariff in advance - a payment plan can be negotiated
• Balance is strictly payable on arrival unless otherwise negotiated
• Payment may be made by cash, cheque or deposit directly into our account, either by EFT or over the counter at any Westpac branch. Credit card facilities available - MasterCard and Visa only.
• Any damage must be paid for
• Tariff includes weekly linen change, clean of bathroom & kitchen
• Minimum stays of 1 week may apply during peak periods: Christmas, Australian Tennis Open, Australian Grand Prix, Easter, Melbourne Racing Spring Carnival. A premium of $40 per night may apply during these periods.
  
• Cancellation policy:
• Any cancellation will incur a $30 administration fee
• More than 2 months notice - full refund of deposit
• 1 month to 2 months notice - half refund of deposit unless property is re-booked during relevant period
• Less than 1 month notice- sorry, no refund of deposit unless property is re-booked during relevant period
• If you cancel during your stay the full tariff is payable unless we are able to re-book lost nights
